Functions

4 signals on one coaxial cable, HDCVI technology supports 4 signals that are sent over one coaxial cable simultaneously, i.e. video, audio *, data and power. Bidirectional data transmission allows HDCVI to interact with XVR, such as sending a control signal or triggering an alarm. Moreover, HDCVI supports PoC technology to build resilience.

• Audio input is available for some HDCVI camera models.

Long distance transmission

HDCVI technology ensures real-time transmission over a long distance without any loss. Supports transmission up to 800m (1080p) / 1200m (720p) over coaxial cable, and up to 300m (1080p) / 450m (720p) over UTP cable. *

Smart IR is a technology to ensure the uniformity of brightness in a B / W image under low light. ADVISION unique infrared lights adjust the intensity of the camera’s infrared lights to compensate for the object’s distance, and the infrared LEDs prevent images from overexposed such as the subject’s approaching the camera.

Polymorphic

The camera supports multiple video formats including HDCVI, CVBS and other popular analog HD formats in the market. The four formats can be via OSD menu or PFM820 (UTC Controller). This feature makes the camera compatible with most of HD / SD DVRs end-users.
